Since 1889, the Moulin Rouge - recognized world-wide because of its famous French Cancan immortalized by artist Toulouse-Lautrec - has always presented sumptuous shows to audiences from around the world. The most beautiful girls in France wear costumes of feathers, rhinestones and sequins. The stage settings are breathtaking in addition to the choreography, original music and its show stopping acts. Many international stars have performed at the Moulin Rouge, including Liza Minnelli, Frank Sinatra and Elton John. They have followed in the footsteps of French celebrities such as Maurice Chevalier, Jean Gabin, Edith Piaf and Yves Montand. "Féerie", the current show, includes four main acts created to fulfill their international audiences' dreams! «The Moulin Rouge, today and yesterday, the Moulin Rouge forever»; «Sandokan», a beautiful love story set in Indonesia; «The Circus», the circus comes to town !; «The Moulin Rouge from 1900 to...» the Moulin Rouge pays a tribute to Parisian women throughout the years! 100 artists, including the 60 Doriss Girls present outstanding acts, 1,000 costumes, the expected return of the giant Aquarium and the famous French Cancan are the highlights of an unforgettable evening synonymous with the Parisian Way of Life!
